Instructions：

1. Before welding, moisture, rust, and oil stains on the base metal surface must be thoroughly removed.
2. The shielding gas flow rate is generally 20–25 L/min.
3. When welding in windy conditions, use wind barriers to prevent porosity caused by strong winds.
4. The dry extension length should be maintained at 15–25 mm.
5. Select appropriate welding parameters according to the mechanical property requirements of the welded parts.
6. To avoid cold cracks in the weld, perform proper preheating and control interpass temperature based on the steel type and workpiece thickness.
7. When using an extension cable exceeding 15 meters, increase the voltage by 1–2V appropriately.
8. Welding wires left on the wire feeder overnight must be covered with canvas or removed and stored in the warehouse.
